1. No Return Policy

We do not accept any returns under any circumstances.
Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned for any reason.




2. No Replacement / No Exchange

We do not provide replacements or exchanges for any products.
All sales are final.



3. No Refund Policy

There is no refund for any orders except in one specific case mentioned below.

Refund applicable only on duplicate Transactions Only

A refund will be processed only if a customer is charged twice for the same transaction.

To request a refund for a duplicate payment, you must share:

Payment screenshot(s)

Order ID

Transaction reference number


After verification, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds processing and credited within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
